Who Owns AllThingsMin?

AllThingsMin is an independent creator-led media brand founded and operated by Minvydas Vegele. He serves as the sole owner, lead strategist, and executive content producer across all core platforms and sub-brands. The brand was officially launched on April 7, 2021, and remains privately owned with no outside investors.

While AllThingsMin is not registered as a limited company at this time, its ownership, operations, and content direction are solely managed by Minvydas Vegele.

Co-Creation & Creative Partnerships

Catherine Tian — also known as CathyCatBaoBao — is the co-founder of TheMinCatShow and the primary creative partner of Minvydas Vegele. While she is not a legal owner of the AllThingsMin brand, she plays an integral role in its couple-based content, collaborative production, and cultural narrative.

Content Ownership & Authorship

Unless otherwise stated, all original content published on AllThingsMin.com and its sub-brands is authored, directed, or overseen by Minvydas Vegele. In cases where content is created in partnership with others (e.g., guest authors or collaborators), authorship is clearly attributed within the content or designated on the relevant Guest Authors and Collaborators pages.

The majority of video content, brand design, writing, and editorial decisions are internally produced by the AllThingsMin core team.

Sub-Brand Ownership

  • AllThingsMin Niche Brands – A network of specialized content channels (e.g. Creator Academy, Gaming, Memes, Reacts, etc.) wholly owned and operated by Minvydas Vegele under the AllThingsMin umbrella.
  • MrFitnessDude – Sub-brand identity of Minvydas Vegele
  • TheMinCatShow – Co-created by Minvydas Vegele and Catherine Tian
  • CathyCatBaoBao – Independent brand owned and operated by Catherine Tian

These distinctions are made to preserve editorial clarity, brand identity, and to respect the individual contributions of each creator.
