Well, not really – but it stills needs writing about.

WHAT IS “BURN-OUT”?

“Traditionally” speaking… “Burn-Out” is regarded as a phenomenon that occurs when a content creator or anyone working for a prolonged period of time hits a “F#ck This” Moment.

It may also be recognized by phrases such as…

  • F#ck This Sh#t!
  • I’m Sick And Tired Of This Sh#t!
  • This Sh#t Is Not Worth It!
  • I Can’t Do This Anymore
  • I’m Tired
  • I’m Done.

Burn-Out Is A Point In Time When Passion Is Outweighed By Exhaustion.
It Happens When A Person Runs Out Of Energy, Willpower And Enthusiasm To Carry On.

Dreams are things of fantasy and imagination, both are excellent faculties of the mind that bare no results in the real world till one wakes up and envisions a form for the dream – then translates it into plans and actions.

Do you have a strategy?

These are the blueprints and designs that help bring forth your grand imagined vision into something solid and substancial. Plans are maps of success that help build the foundation for your vision to stand on, and accelerate its coming into reality. Plans provide a person with a guide of concise, precise and deliberate actions to follow, in the building of a vision – Create Your PLAN!

In simple words, plans help you know what comes next.

Good plans will have precise actions to follow and contain sufficient details to lessen wasting time. This helps your vision come to life much faster and maintain a high standard of quality throughout the process.

Plans should be reevaluated often and I would advise you to consider having plans for the day, week, month and year, however please remember to remain flexible, never become ridgit – that will thwart your vision more than anything.

Milestones Are There To Help You Keep Track Of Progress And Ensure You Don’t Go Astray.

They Remind You Where You’ve Been And Where You’re Going.

Milestones have the word “Stone” in it. Interpret that to mean it’s there to ground you.

Milestones act as a point of navigation and motivation for your envisioned path.

Plans and actions leave marks – a sort of metaphorical stone on the ground to see where you’ve been and where you’re going.

The stone behind is one you’ve crossed through initiative and action. The one ahead of you is manifested through your plans. Your plans are an imaginary line that guides you from one stone to the other till you reach your vision – the mountain you were destined to climb from the day it came calling to you.

Your vision is the mountain and milestones are fragments left behind by the mountain – there for you to follow, as it calls you to IT.

WILLPOWER

Mental Fortitude & Mental Energy Combined Create Willpower.

Willpower is what keeps the wheels in your car rolling after you’re all out of fuel – it’s getting out of the car and pushing it.

It works much the same way when it comes to working on your passions and getting the job done. Sometimes you’ll be just a mile away from meeting your goal – instead of putting it off and procrastinating indefinitely, you can push through that last mile or two by engaging your willpower and trusting yourself to get the job done, no matter what.

After reaching your goal, you will inspired and motivated to get up the next day and do the same AGAIN!

Willpower can set apart a Failure from a Success and a Loser from a Winner.

You can also step out in to the garden or balcony if you have one and just give your eyes something to look at and refocus.

*If all else fails just go for a walk – putting some distance between yourself and your work can help you come back to it reinvigorated and ready to go strong again.
